We had booked a Suite and the size was great, so was the Breakfast !!
The Bedroom Heating was not working and it was cold, two lights had gone too. for a 4* Hotel they should have checked that all in the room was working.

Dale Hill was conveniently located for my visit to Scotney castle. The facilities looked very good, a pity we did not have time to use them. Braekfast was good especially the view from the breakfast room.

food was excellent. very quick check in. room was lovely. staff were polite, friendly at all times. big breakfast, which was excellent.
bed was a little hard, but still had a great night sleep. dead flowers in vases on the restaurant table. However, this is just me being picky, i will def stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I stayed there and used it as a base to tour the East Sussex area. It was in an ideal location and the accommodation was as good as any we have stayed in. The staff were very professional and assisted us with any enquiry that we had both whilst there and prior to arrival by explaining in detail the dress code for dining in the restaurant. We would recommend it and if we are looking to stay in that area again we would have no hesitation in staying there.
We probably would have liked to have another choice of restaurant as the 'a la carte' menu was not for us but it was busy so that was a personal choice and not a comment on the quality. If space could be found then a bistro type of dining area would have suited us better and we would not have gone to a local inn.

great family hangout
The room was comfy and had beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was super quick and delish. Dinner was excellent too, and the prices were decent. Only downside was waiting for dessert, which took longer than expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful, though!

The staff were helpful, the food was very good, the eating areas were well sited with stunning views. The hotel was well situated for visiting surrounding areas of interest.
The information sheets in our room were out of date. We went to visit a hop museum but found that it had been closed at least two years ago.

The hotel service was wonderful. The staff made me feel very welcome, as a solo traveller I did not feel self conscious when eating alone in the restaurant. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. As I was on a business trip I didn't use the golfing facilities, however they looked superb
